28th Spišská borovička Tourney

Theme: Any kind of problems in 2 moves with antagonistic stipulation (#2, =2, S#2, R=2, etc...). The 1st W move (try or key) and the 1st B move (defence or refutation) are played onto neighbouring squares.Multiple phases and changed mates are welcome, but not mandatory.
Scope:Twins, multiple solutions, promoted pieces and also all kinds of fairy pieces and/or conditions are allowed
Testing:Only computer-tested problems (C+) will be accepted

14th "Ukrainian Folk Crafts" Theme Tourney

Theme: S#3. The key unguards a square adjacent to the black king; Black plays to that square at least twice.
Scope:Orthodox chess rules only
Limit:Maximum 2 entries per author; no more than 1 co-author
Testing:Computer-tested entries on diagrams with full solution
Judge: Yevgen Reytsen and Nataliia Kucherenko
Prizes:There will be three prizes, honorable mentions and commendations. The prizes are products of the Artistic Ceramics Opishnia Plant (Poltava province, Ukraine). The winner and the runner-up will also receive a brochure with the most recent Ukrainian Folk Crafts tourney results: 12th (Berne, 2014) and 13th (Ostroda, 2015).

Champagne Tourney Belgrade 2016

Theme: The Tourney is divided in 2 sections (with separate awards): A. ProofGames, B. Any other kind of Retro problems. Circuit (see also Rundlauf in Tzuica Tourney). A piece returns to a previously occupied square after it occupied at least 2 other squares.For section A, it is furthermore required that the circuiting piece is captured.
Scope:Fairy conditions (but not fairy pieces) allowed in both sections.
Limit:Maximum 3 entries per composer per section.(collaboration counts for 1 full entry)
Testing:Maximum 1 non computer tested entry per composer in section A

Prizes:Prizes in each section : a Champagne bottle for the first place, a Phenix book for the best placed problem by a young composer (young = up to 25 years)

19th SABRA Composing Tourney

Theme: H#2 A white piece A and a black piece B are in the king's line at the initial position (or at a certain point during the play). In the final position, pieces A and B are not in the king's line. The checkmate is in the abandoned king's line, behind the squares where A and B were.
Scope:Orthodox chess rules only
Judge: Menachem Witztum
Prizes:1 bottle of SABRA - the liqueur of Israel for your enjoyment and 2 bottles of selected Israeli liquers.
